Cleaning your Gocycle
What's the easiest way to clean my Gocycle?
If your Gocycle gets wet, we recommend that you wipe it dry as soon as possible after your ride, using a micro-fibre cloth. We always recommend that your Gocycle is dry before storage.
How do I wash my Gocycle?
To wash your Gocycle, we recommend that you use a mild liquid soap and water. Use a liquid soap that is safe on bearings. Use a micro-fibre cloth to prevent making small scratches on the paint. Always rinse all soap off your Gocycle thoroughly with clean water, then wipe dry.

NEVER SPRAY THE GOCYCLE WITH A HOSE OR HIGH-PRESSURE CLEANING SYSTEM!
NEVER USE POLISHES, WAXES OR SOLVENTS TO CLEAN YOUR GOCYCLE!
Preventing corrosion
What causes corrosion?
Water and moisture can accelerate corrosion (rust) of the various metallic components on the Gocycle. Spray from roads where salt has been spread on the surface can accelerate this further. Leaving salty water/moisture on your Gocycle may lead to premature failure of electronic components.
How can I help to prevent corrosion?
We recommend that, at the very least, any salt/dirt is rinsed off your Gocycle with fresh water after each ride, and your Gocycle is dried using a micro-fibre cloth.
We also recommend that you store your Gocycle indoors as this limits the time the product is exposed to the elements.
Are corroded parts covered by warranty?
The product warranty does not cover premature failure as a result of corrosion through neglect.
