| 1. | Use a 3mm hex key to remove the two screws from the rear light cable cover. |

| 2. | Remove the rear light cable cover from the bike and the cable. | |
| 3. | Remove the seat post from the Gocycle. | |
| 4. | Insert the seat post into the luggage rack seat post clamp | |
| 5. | Bring the clamp above the MIN insert line on the seat post | |
| 6. | Insert the seat post fully into the Gocycle so the mini insert line is not visible. | |
| 7. | Straighten the seat post and tighten the seat post clamp. |

| 8. | Plug the rear light cable into the luggage rack light. |
|
| 9. | When lowering make sure that the 'min insert' mark is inside the frame. | |
| 10. |
Carefully lower the luggage rack into line with the bolt holes on the shock pin. Ensure the rear light cable is fed into the channel and is not pinched. |

If needed, fit one of the luggage rack spacers to ensure the luggage rack is in line with the rear wheel. The spacers are 1.5mm, 2.0mm and 2.5mm thick. |

Line the spacer up to the lower hole and insert the lower screw.
Do not fully tighten the screw. |

Align the spacer with the upper hole and insert the upper screw.
Do not fully tighten the screw. |

| 13. | With the spacer installed, tighten both screws to 4-5Nm | |

Tighten both luggage rack seat post clamp screws a few turns at a time. Once tight ensure both are torqued to 6-8Nm

| 15. | Take the connector plug and place it into the luggage rack strut. |
|
| 16. | Place the connector cover over the connector and press flush into the luggage rack strut. |

Safety Information
Please read the following safety information before installing the Gocycle rear Luggage Rack:
- The Gocycle Rear Luggage Rack is intended to be mounted to a Gocycle only. Do not attempt to mount this Luggage Rack to any other bicycle.
- The Gocycle G4 Rear Luggage Rack is compatible with the following Gocycle models; G4, G4i and G4i+
- Instructions for mounting the Luggage Rack can be found above.
- All fasteners should be secured before riding. Check the instruction video for correct adjustment of the fasteners.
- The maximum load capacity for the Gocycle Rear Luggage Rack is 10kg. Do not exceed the maximum permissible load of 10kg.
- Always distribute luggage evenly between both sides of the Luggage Rack.
- Where possible adjust luggage towards front of Gocycle with sufficient heel clearance.
- The Gocycle Rear Luggage Rack is not suitable for the attachment of a child seat.
- The Gocycle Rear Luggage Rack is not designed to pull a trailer.
- Luggage can only be safely carried on the carrier section of the rack.
- Do not modify the Gocycle rear Luggage Rack in any way.
- The Gocycle may behave differently (particularly with regard to steering and braking) when the Luggage Rack is loaded.
- When luggage is mounted to the Rack, ensure that there are no loose straps that could get caught in the rear wheel.
- The reflector should be mounted to the main luggage rack tube. The reflector and lights should not be obstructed by luggage when attached to the Luggage Rack.
- The maximum compatible wheel size is the same for the Gocycle itself: 20" x 2”. The Luggage Rack is compatible with Gocycle mudguards.
