If you don’t have a Gocycle dealer in your area you can purchase directly from Gocycle for a 30-day home trial.
The Gocycle will be delivered to your doorstep for you to test in the comfort of your neighbourhood.
There is full technical support available from Gocycle for any questions during setup and use of the Gocycle.
If you don’t believe Gocycle is the right ebike for you, you can return it within 30 days.
The Gocycle will be inspected to ensure it is not damaged or missing parts or accessories and in an as new resalable condition. Please note that mileage of greater than 3 miles/5 km and the general condition of the Gocycle will result in a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. The spirit of the test ride is to offer a home based equivalent of what you might be offered visiting one of our authorised retailers. Refunds will not be offered if the product has been ridden in the rain or on gravel or dirty roads. Once the inspection is complete the refund will be processed.
