If you choose to buy direct from Gocycle and you need it serviced, you may have the following choices:
- You may need to ship your Gocycle directly to us where we will perform any necessary work and then return your Gocycle to you
- We may recommend that you take or ship your Gocycle to the nearest Gocycle dealer who will perform the service
- You might choose to perform the service yourself.
Typically you will need to cover shipping charges to get the Gocycle to us; although in certain circumstances depending on the age of the product, whether you are the original owner, and if the service is covered under warranty, we may cover a portion of the shipping charges. You'll need to ensure you keep the box that came with your Gocycle when you purchased it as this is essential to protect your Gocycle during shipping.
