How do I know when my Gocycle needs a service?
On all Gocycle G4i, GXi, G3, G2, G3 models, the dashboard will show the service reminder. On other Gocycle models the Gocycle ODO should be checked regularly in the Gocycle Connect App to check each service interval.

When does my Gocycle need its first service?
As with other bicycles, the Gocycle has an initial bedding-in period. All new Gocycles should have the First Service after 100 miles (160km) or around 2 months after the first ride.
Who should do the first service?
We recommend that the First Service is completed by an approved Gocycle Service Partner if there is not a Gocycle near to your location you can perform the checks yourself using the Self Check-up section of the app and the Gocycle Torque Tool Kit.
